Overview

The Data & Digital Technologies area, within the FR Department, aims to manage, maintain, and develop data management, reporting, and analytics systems to support all organizational activities. It is also responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic decisions by identifying new opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and operations.
The Data Analysis Assistant, reporting to the Head of Data & Digital Technologies, contributes to the development and management of data analysis systems and processes that support the Organization’s strategic decision-making.

The role actively promotes a data-driven culture by fostering a data-based approach throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and management of analytics systems:

 

• Reporting
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the reporting system used to monitor the performance of activities and processes supporting the organization, through the following activities:
- Gather requirements and needs from colleagues across different business units;
- Define metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Design reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools;
- Perform checks and reconciliations with the database to ensure the accuracy of the collected data;
- Train and support colleagues in the use of reporting tools.

 

• Analisys
- Develop and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses to define multichannel and data-driven strategies, using predictive models and statistical techniques. Examples of analyses include:
- Evaluation of fundraising campaign results;
- Segmentation of the donor base to optimize organizational activities;
- Analisys of historical income and cost trends for each budget line;
- Development of forecasting scenarios;
- Support the Marketing Analysis Officer in benchmarking analyses.

 

• Projects
- Support the project team in operational and analytical activities related to the development of the Data Hub and the Lifetime Value model, contributing to the implementation of data-driven solutions that support the organization’s strategic decisions, in particular:
- Collaborate in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from multiple sources to support the integration and analysis activities planned within the projects;
- Provide support in exploratory and descriptive data analyses useful for building the Data Hub and developing the Lifetime Value framework;
- Contribute to verifying the quality, consistency, and completeness of data by participating in control, testing, and validation activities;
- Support the documentation of processes, metrics, and analytical logic, facilitating information sharing with internal stakeholders;
- Assist the Project Manager and project leads in preparing executive summaries, progress reports, and presentations to support project monitoring.

Qualifications

- Degree in technical/scientific disciplines;
- Excellent proficiency in the use of data management tools and relational database query languages;
- Excellent knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.

Work experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in statistical and quantitative analysis;

- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4;
- Knowledge of ETL tools;
- Knowledge of statistical analysis technique.

Conditions:


Contract: Fixed term contract of 7 months from 01/06/2026 to 31/12/2026. Full-time. Level III of Italian CCNL of Commerce.

Gross Annual Salary: min 29.054,20€ - max 35.606,20 € (depending on experience of the selected candidate).

Starting date: 01/06/2026

Location: Hybrid, MSF Italy Rome or Milan office and from home.
