Overview

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. As a partner section, MSF Italy is engaged in saving lives and alleviating suffering through fundraising; communication and advocacy, recruitment and deployment of field workers; as well as supporting international operations through expertise and other kinds of direct support.

MSF Italia is currently working on the creation of a national campaign, in partnership with corporate partner (s), focused on a MSF’s core themes such as mental health. The aim of the campaign is:

to produce awareness-raising content and achieve nationwide visibility;
to position MSF as a major organization active in Italy, with specific content on issues perceived as “close” and relevant by the Italian public;
to launch a campaign potentially replicable in future years;
to identify new corporate donors and partners, unlocking potential that could be developed even beyond 2026.

The Corporate Campaign Project Manager will work within the High Value Donors Unit to manage all activities related to the campaign, ensuring the implementation of all planned initiatives, particularly those developed in partnership with donor companies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the High Value Donors Unit’s Corporate Team to identify new prospective companies to approach partnerships and donations within the corporate campaign;
Initiate and manage discussions with companies potentially interested in participating in the campaign and providing donations to MSF Italy, in collaboration with the Corporate Team;
Contribute to the design and development initiatives within the campaign aimed to achieve visibility, positioning, and fundraising objectives;
Oversee and manage all operational activities related to the implementation of the campaign, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and the quality standards defined during the planning phase;
Manage and monitor all interactions with the campaign’s partner companiesand all MSF internal stakeholders;
Monitor and produce reports on the achievement of the corporate campaign’s KRs, ensuring that any deviations or misalignments from the agreed timeline and plan are identified and flagged in a timely manner;
Manage an After Action Review process at the end of the 2026 campaign.
