Doctors without Borders Onlus, with registered office in Via Magenta 5, 00100 Rome, Italy (for brevity, "MSF") informs you that your personal data and, in particular, the curricula you provide for the purposes indicated will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016.
The curricula sent by the person concerned (henceforth the "INTERESTED PARTY") will be acquired and processed in paper form and/or electronically by MSF and by each of the Operations Centres of the Doctors without Borders sections, brought together under a single statute, the list of which is available to the interested party at the following link https://www.medicisenzafrontiere.it/sedi
The CURRICULAs acquired will be processed exclusively for the purpose of personnel recruitment activities carried out for the needs of MSF, in view of the possible finalization of a collaboration with the INTERESTED PARTY.
Only for the purpose of assessing the possible interest in the possible future establishment of a contractual relationship to be determined in its content, they will be kept for a maximum of two years from their receipt and then deleted, unless otherwise requested by the INTERESTED PARTY.
The conferment of the CURRICULA is therefore optional and its refusal to supply it and/or to the subsequent treatment will determine the impossibility for MSF to insert the data in its archive and consequently to establish eventual collaboration relationships.
The personal data acquired by MSF, will be visible to the following categories of persons in charge and/or internal and external managers identified in writing and to whom specific written instructions have been given:
- Data Controller and persons authorised by the Data Controller.
