Overview

The Corporate (CRP) area, within the High Value Donors Unit, has the objective of reaching and maximizing income from Companies through acquisition, retention, and upgrade in line with the MSF-IT ethical policy.
The Corporate Coordinator elaborates, proposes, and develops the fundraising and communication strategy of CRPs and Foundations. She/He guarantees the income attributed to the Corporate target, consistent with the organization’s objectives.

She/He coordinates the activities of the area and ensures the development of employees.

Responsibilities

1. She/He elaborates, proposes and develops the fundraising strategy of the Corporate programme and manages direct relations with donors

  • She/He proposes and implements the annual operational plan of the Corporate Programme
    and draws up the CRP target budget (budget/planning/cost estimates)
  • Monitors budget performance and defines the set of KPIs and figures for monitoring and
    measuring results and analysis
  • Defines and supervises the implementation of the donor acquisition and development
    strategy
  • Coordinates prospect and profiling activities
  • Manages direct contacts with donors and supervises the calendar of meetings in order to acquire new donors and maximize the income of active donors
  • In collaboration with the other coordinators of the High Value Donors Unit, she/he contributes to the management of the loyalty cycle of the area and to the definition of the subsequent operational plan of the unit's activities to achieve its objectives

 

2. She/He coordinates the Corporate Fundraising Area

  • She/he defines Objective and Key results for the CRP Fundraising Area
  • She/He defines the organization of work among her/his direct reports
  • She/he provides feedbacks, assess training needs, provides advices and support to the team
  • She/he leads the team by example


3. She/He elaborates, defines and develops the communication plan for the Corporate programme and manages direct relations with donors

  • She/He develops the communication plan for the program by setting up the most appropriate marketing tools to raise the awareness of the target audience and implements it
  • Coordinates and develops the conception and finalization of the creativity and production of corporate communication materials
  • Defines and implements the donor journey in collaboration with internal MSF stakeholders


4. She/He supervises the correct application of the ethics policy

  • Supervising of the correct application of the Ethics Policy
  • Responsible for updating the ethics policy


5. She/He participates in lobbying and networking actions on general issues of companies and foundations and facilitates the creation of networks

  • Manages relations and participates in working tables with entities and third parties about
    fundraising by CRP in Italy
  • Coordinates and manages the area's participation in the MSF international table on corporations and foundations (WG Corporate) ensuring the timely updating of content as requested by the sponsor

Conditions

 

  • Permanent contract, Full-time. I Level of Italian CCNL of Commerce.
  • Gross Annual Salary: €35.269,22 - €42.619,22 depending on the experience of the selected candidate.
  • Starting date: As soon as possible
  • Location: Hybrid. MSF Italy Rome or Milan office, and from home.
